* [SolarWinds](http://www.solarwinds.com/topics/snmp-monitoring) software is able to pull SNMPv3 data from the VSX Gateway itself.

## Cause

From SolarWinds Support:

This is a limitation as of May 24, 2016. SolarWinds cannot pull data from multiple instances of the same IP address. SolarWinds can only retrieve data from an IP address once.
