# sk111404 - Endpoint Security Client installation fails with "Error 27559. No blades were selected. Check Point Endpoint Security installation aborted."

## Symptoms

- Endpoint Security Client installation fails with "Error 27559. No blades were selected. Check Point Endpoint Security installation aborted."

## Cause

The Endpoint Security Client **must**be managed by an Endpoint Security Server.

This error message indicates that there is no Endpoint Security Server found.

## Solution

If you require an Endpoint Security Client, you also need to install an Endpoint Security Server.   
Alternatively, if it is suitable to your requirements, you can employ an Endpoint Security VPN client instead.
