# sk111374 - Terminal Servers Identity Agent  with new connections stop respecting the source ports defined for authenticated users

## Symptoms

- * Users connected to Terminal Servers with Identity Agent are facing random disconnections.
* New connections stop answering the source ports defined for the authenticated users and the users are shown as Authenticated.
* Repeating "`Dismissing assoc since there is MUH agent from same ip`" message in the `pdpd.elg` under debug.

## Cause

Per [sk60301](http://supportcontent.checkpoint.com/solutions?id=sk60301): if 7 (by default) users are currently associated for the same IP address, the IP address is automatically considered a "multi user host". A log about it is issued, all of the currently associated users are revoked and all new user associations for this IP address are ignored.
