# sk111320 - Error when connecting with SSH to Security Gateway from Security Management Server

## Symptoms

- * When trying to access with SSH from Security Management Server to Security Gateway, the following error is displayed:

  ```
  
  @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 
  @ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @ 
  @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ 
  IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY! 
  Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)! 
  It is also possible that a host key has just been changed. 
  The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is 
  xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx
  Please contact your system administrator. 
  Add correct host key in /home/admin/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message. 
  Offending key in / home/admin/.ssh/known_hosts:23
  RSA host key for x.x.x.x has changed and you have requested strict checking. 
  Host key verification failed.
  ```

* Direct Console Access or SSH from another device to this gateway is working

## Cause

SSH RSA Fingerprints must be cleared from the known_hosts file on the management server and re-established for remote devices that have been fresh installed

Follow the procedure below on the Security Management Server or Multi-Domain Security Management Server
