# sk110754 - Cyrillic characters are not displayed correctly in file share

## Symptoms

- * Sharing a folder in the Mobile Access portal (file share), When Using Cyrillic characters and reaching sub folder depth of 6 folders, the folder name changes to "????" There is no impact on usability this is only a cosmetic issue. Also Using [sk109572](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk109572)to enlarge the amount of the characters to display has no effect.
* The 'cd' command correctly displays the cyrillic characters.
