# sk110741 - "Load on Module failed ...To resolve, install policy on each target separately" error during policy installation on Security Gateways R77.X after upgrade of Management Server to R80

## Symptoms

- * Policy installation may fail with these errors and warnings after an upgrade of the Management Server to R80:

* The issue occurs in the following scenario:

  1. Management Server was upgraded to R80
  2. Management Server R80 is managing several Security Gateways R77.X
  3. IPS blade is enabled on Security Gateways R77.X
  4. Different IPS profiles and IPS profiles settings are used on Security Gateways R77.X

## Cause

IPS blade profiles handling the mechanism were changed in R80.

When installing a policy on multiple Security Gateways with different IPS profiles and IPS profiles settings, several duplications are created during the Security Management Server upgrade for each IPS profile and for each managed Security Gateway. All these IPS profiles are downloaded to the Security Gateways simultaneously, which may result in a failure to install the policy.
