## Symptoms

- * Capsule Connect client authentication fails with "Malformed reply from site" error.
* Only LDAP users are unable to authenticate; internal users are authenticating successfully.
* The client logs show: "error.code" = 503; "error.desc" = "Malformed reply from site";

## Cause

Multiple account units with the same domain name are configured in SmartDashboard.
