## Symptoms

- * Capsule Workspace exported contacts/calendar might not be removed from native contacts/calendar application when turning off the contacts/calendar sync (In Capsule Workspace Settings -\> "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" -\> "Contacts" -\> "Sync Contacts" / calendar -\> "Sync Calendar") or, when remote wipe is executed on Capsule Application.
* This happens when on the device there is an iCloud / external mail account configured, which syncs also contacts/calendar

## Cause

The exported contacts/calendar are removed from the native contacts/calendar application, but the external account (e.g. Gmail) and iOS decide to re-sync, and the contacts/calendar are brought again to the device from the cloud.
