## Symptoms

- * When users launch Remote Application on Citrix StoreFront (or Web Interface), Citrix Receiver cannot connect to Citrix XenApp server via Mobile Access Blade - Citrix Services.
The following error dialog is shown.

  Citrix Receiver
  ---------------
Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information:
Cannot connect to Citrix XenApp server.SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "/C=/ST=/L=/O=r7720-std..ty29s3/OU=", the issue of the server's security certificate.
  ---------------
* CTX101990: Error: "The server certificate received is not trusted (SSL Error 61)" for Receiver Users
  Refer to: <https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX101990>

## Cause

No fix is required; the system is functioning as designed.

Check Point gateways, by default, use a certificate created by the Internal Certificate Authority on the Security Management Server as their server certificate.

**Citrix Receiver requires a valid trusted certificate (3rd Party certificate) to be installed on the Mobile Access Blade.**

For more details, please refer to the following sections in the [Mobile Access R77 Versions Administration Guide](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R77/CP_R77_Mobile_Access_WebAdmin/html_frameset.htm) .

* 'Applications for Clientless Access \> Citrix Services'

* 'Mobile Access Blade Configuration and Settings \> Server Certificates'

## Solution

Import a valid trusted certificate to Mobile Access Blade.
