## Symptoms

- When trying to download Capsule Workspace from the Google Play Store the following blocking message appears "this application is not compatible with this device"

## Cause

This issue can be caused by different reasons:

1.Date and time are not configured correctly

2.Not enough space in the /tmp partition

3.Download Manager Service is turned off
