## Symptoms

- * "`Illegal routing gateway or interface retrieved from the VSX GW`" error in SmartDashboard when creating a new VSX Gateway / VSX Cluster object.

* Result of SNMP Query for OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.6.6 (`iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.checkpoint.products.svn.routingTable`) does not show some interfaces.

## Cause

Name of at least one interface on VSX Gateway / VSX Cluster members is longer than 11 characters (e.g., *bond3022.1024*).
