# sk109814 - What does "Redirect" action mean in Anti-Bot/Anti-Virus?

## Solution

* When traffic is directed to the UserCheck portal, the action is "Redirect".
* Once traffic gets to the UserCheck portal, the action is changed to "Ask".
* "Redirect" action logs are traffic that for some networking reason couldn't reach UserCheck portal, the connection is blocked and it is equal to prevent.
