## Symptoms

- * Local emulation fails with an error message in SmartView Tracker.
* SmartView Tracker error: "Emulation ended with errors. Failed to process the file".
* Tecli debug shows:

## Cause

Threat Emulation gateway does not recognize the rule number of 'sending' Security Gateway due to different policy.
