# sk109553 - Firewall and Endpoint Connect Blades not running on machines running Windows 10

## Symptoms

- * Firewall and Endpoint Connect Blades not running on machines running Windows 10.
* From the *cpda* log:(From the Endpoint Security client)  
  1. Deployment version: 8.4.152  
  2. No master depl module found in internal structure corresponding to deployment's request, version: 8.4.152  
  3. A master depl module with a higher version: 8.7.534 and mask: 313 than of deployment's request, is already installed according to registry

* Please note, the build version may be different in each machine.

## Cause

The Endpoint Security Server is sending deployment of client that is a lower version than the Endpoint Security Client version Installed.

DA will not perform downgrade.

## Solution

You can try the following actions:

* Cancel the rule of this deployment.

* Remove the Endpoint Security Client.

<br />

* Reinstall the Endpoint Security Client.
