## Symptoms

- * "*cpstart* " command on the Standby cluster member fails to fetch the policy with an error message:

"`Management rejected fetch for this module - sic name does not match`"

* Fetching the policy manually on the Standby cluster member from the Security Management server succeeds ('*fw fetch \<IP_Address_Of_MGMTt\>*' command).

* Fetching the policy manually on the Active Cluster member from the Security Management server fails with ('*fw fetch \<IP_Address_Of_MGMTt\>* ' command):

"`Management rejected fetch for this module - sic name does not match`
  `
  Policy Fetch Failed`"

## Cause

During *cpstart*, the Standby cluster member tries to fetch the policy from the Active cluster member from the following path:

*$FWDIR/state/\<Name_of_Cluster_Object\>/FW1/*

After a successful policy installation from SmartDashboard, the content of this directory is removed.
