## Symptoms

- While running Apache in debug mode per [sk84561](http://supportcontent.checkpoint.com/solutions?id=sk84561), the `/var/log/httpd2_error_log` file shows:   

SSL Library Error: SSl routines: SSL3_GET_CLIENT_HELLO: no shared cipher  
Too restrictive SSLCipherSuite or using DSA server certificates

## Cause

Incorrect SSL Cipher Suite configured in */web/templates/httpd-ssl.conf.templ*file.
