## Symptoms

- * Certificate enrollment using VPN Clients is failing with "Enrollment failed" error message
* Both IPSec VPN and Mobile Access blades are enabled

## Cause

When Mobile Access Blade is enabled, Certificate enrollment is handled by the Mobile Access blade, and not by IPSec VPN blade. The Certificate enrollment should be done through Mobile access and cannot be done directly from IPSec clients.
