## Symptoms

- * Policy installation / verification on a VSX Virtual Router object fails with errors about Mobile Access policy rules:

  ```
  
  Rule <N> (<Name of Rule>): Only Legacy Users Access is supported for Remote Access rules
  ... ... ...
  Rule <N> (<Name of Rule>): Only Legacy Users Access is supported for Remote Access rules
  Too Many Errors
  Policy verification failed. 
  Operation ended with errors. 
  Failed to install default policy VR_Default on <Name of Virtual Router Object>
  ```

* Pushing VSX Configuration is successful when opening VSX Virtual Router object and just clicking on OK.

## Cause

Virtual Router default policy is appended to Mobile Access rules, which should not happen.
