## Symptoms

- * Secure Configuration Verification (SCV) packets are dropped when using custom SCV file for Client Compliance.  

* Traffic is dropped for destinations which a compliant user should be allowed to access.   
  `dropped by fw_scv_verification Reason: returning packet on NEEDS_SCV;`
* Tracker shows "No scv status from client" error when connecting with Endpoint Security Client to site after enabling SCV checks
