# sk108762 - Traffic does not hit the HTTPS Inspection Bypass rule and hits the predefined rule instead

## Symptoms

- * Traffic does not hit the HTTPS Inspection Bypass rule and hits the predefined rule instead, causing the traffic to be inspected instead of bypassed.

* "`Client has not installed CA certificate`

  `" error is observed in SmartView Tracker / SmartLog logs.`

## Cause

The rule was configured only with single URL **\*.\<domain.com\>** in the HTTPS Inspection policy rule.
