# sk108712 - Compliance Blade initial scan fails

## Symptoms

- * Compliance Blade initial scan shows "Complete" but no information is shown under 'Overview' tab.
* GRC Interpreter Output:

  ```
  
  Full scan was required. Running interpreter in full scan mode.
  check_grc_contract: failed to cp_initlic_for_domain 
  interpreter_main: no contract or license 
  ```

## Cause

Licenses on the MDS level contain IP address that does not match the machine IP address. This causes a failure in the Compliance blade license check function.
