## Symptoms

- * Error "Undefined" on the client side when authenticating to the Gateway using SSL Network Extender fails.

* Client side debug shows:

  `@XXXX-PC[30 Oct 16:42:18][tunnel] parse_disconnect_msg: Disconnecting slim with message (disconnect code (460)`
  `:message ("No license available to use SSL Network Extender")`

  `@XXXX-PC[30 Oct 16:42:18][ssl_tunnel] ssl_tunnel::tunnel_stop: error: No license available to use SSL Network Extender`
  `dhcp_bind_callback: Could not bind an IP address for user {user_name}`

## Cause

There is no SSL Network Extender (SNX) license installed on the Security Management station. The SNX license normally added to Management license and the license string looks like *CPVP-SNX-___.*

## Solution

[Contact Check Point Account Services](http://www.checkpoint.com/form/contact_account.html) for any licensing issues. Also you can contact them by phone: Americas: +1-972-444-6600 option 5, or International: +972-3-611-5100 option 5

In case user received the "Undefined" error on authentication, however license is valid, update to the latest IPS version.

As a temporary work around, adding an evaluation license to the Gateway will resolve the authentication issue until you are able to contact Account Services.
