## Symptoms

- * "`Authentication failure. Re-enter Activation Key.`" error in SmartDashboard when trying to establish SIC with a new Security Gateway.

* Topology:  

  \[Security Management Server\] --- \[*existing* Security Gateway\] --- \[*new* Security Gateway\]

* SmartView Tracker shows that *existing* Security Gateway drops traffic with the service "`FW1_ICA_Push`" from the Security Management Server to the *new* Security Gateway.

* Ping between the Security Management Server and the *new* Security Gateway passes correctly.

## Cause

Application Control blade is enabled on the *existing* Security Gateway, and the "Unknown Traffic" application/category is used in the Application \& URL Filtering policy.
