## Symptoms

- Turkey will end DST two weeks later than usual for year 2015 - on 08 November 2015, instead of 25 October 2015 ([tz-announce](http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/tz-announce/2015-October/000034.html)).

Clocks will turn back one hour from 04:00 to 03:00 on Sunday, November 8, 2015.  

This time zone will observe the following [DST rules in year 2015](http://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/turkey/ankara?year=2015):

* Start date: The last Sunday of March at 03:00 (clocks move forward by one hour - UTC+03:00,Istanbul)
* End date: The second Sunday of November at 04:00 (clocks move backward by one hour - UTC+02:00,Istanbul)
