# sk108188 - Unable to delete a Node object in SmartDashboard due to reference in "mail_servers" table

## Symptoms

- Unable to delete a Node object in SmartDashboard:

1. Right-click on the Node object - click on "*Delete* ".  
   *Example* :

2. Error pop-up appears: "*\<Name_of_Object\> is used by another object, and cannot be deleted.* "  
   *Example* :

3. When clicking on "*Where Used ?* " button in the pop, it shows that the object is referenced a Table called "*mail_servers* " and the object type is "*mail_server_object* ".

4. When selecting this object and clicking on "*Go To* " button, warning pop-up appears:  
   "*Viewing properties of the selected object is not supported* ".

5. There is nothing else to do, but to click on "*Close*" button in all pop-ups.

## Cause

The involved Node object is used in a *Mail Server* configured for the *Data Loss Prevention* blade in one of the Security Gateways.
