# sk107913 - LDAP users with non-ASCII characters in the password cannot login to the Mobile Access portal

## Symptoms

- * Error: "Access denied - wrong user name or password" when trying to login to the Mobile Access portal
* Using simple password with only ASCII characters works fine

## Cause

The password contains extended ASCII characters (e.g : �,�,or �\&#130;�)

Unicode support is not enabled for the relevant LDAP Account Unit.
