# sk107852 - Visitor Mode port grayed out when Mobile Access Blade is enabled

## Symptoms

- Visitor Mode port grayed out when Mobile Access Blade is enabled.

## Cause

**Visitor Mode was set to a different port than "443".**

When enabling Mobile Access blade with Visitor Mode, if Visitor Mode is set to a different port than "443", the following error message will appear:

"Mobile Access Blade requires that Visitor Mode will listen on port 443(https). Please select the correct service in the Remote Access tab under IPSec VPN section."
