# sk107772 - OSPF session restarts during policy installation

## Symptoms

- * OSPF session restarts during policy installation during high CPU load.  

* The routed log shows:

  ```
  OSPF: NBRSM neighbor A.B.C.D(bondx) InactivityTimer <FULL>
  
  Last time we received Hello from the neighbor on bondx was 3 seconds prior to these messages:
  
  OSPF: NBRSM neighbor A.B.C.D.(bondx) 2WayReceived <FULL>
  OSPFv2: RECV h.a.b.c -> 224.0.0.5 Hello length 52 (52)
  rtrid h.a.b.c backbone csum 0x6953 authtype Null
  ASE mask 255.255.255 hello 1 pri 255 dead 3
  OSPF RECV end of packet
  ```

## Cause

A very short timers were configured for Hello and dead intervals.
