## Symptoms

- * Downloading a package via CPUSE fails with the following error:  

  `Bad or slow connection to the Check Point Cloud. Make sure your basic network settings are correct and that your FW policy allows traffic to pass`

* Ping from Gaia machine to server *dl3.checkpoint.com* is stable and successful, and there is no high latency.

## Cause

Gaia CPUSE is unable to access the Check Point Cloud servers on TCP port 80 and/or TCP port 443.
