# sk107325 - No access to HTTPS sites from Firefox when HTTPS Inspection is enabled

## Symptoms

- With HTTPS inspection enabled, only Firefox shows "Untrusted connection" notification for each HTTPS site.

## Cause

Firefox browser maintaines its own certificate store and does not use the Windows store (while the HTTPS inspection CA certificate for Internet Explorer and Chrome is added to Windows certificate store), therefore it is not aware of certificates that were added manually to Windows certificate store.
