## Symptoms

- When scanning AD with Active Directory Scanner and groups are populated into Endpoint, there are no users in the groups.

## Cause

Currently, scanning groups and members on different search bases is not supported.

In order for AD Groups to be populated with AD Users, there must be one AD scanner that scans *both* the Groups and Users.
If there is a scanner that scans only groups without users, then it will provide only the groups without users in them.

## Solution

No fix is required; the system is functioning as designed.
