## Symptoms

- Mobile Access web applications using Kerberos authentication do not work.

## Cause

By Design, Mobile Access Gateway will prefer to Authenticate Using NTLM instead of Kerberos in case the Web Server will offer both Http Authentication Method In the WWW-Authenticate headers.
