# sk106697 - upgrade-export overwrites files from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) fix rendering ICA portal non-functional

## Symptoms

- * upgrade-export overwrites files from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) fix (01491932) rendering ICA portal non-functional.   

* Login to ICA tool fails with "The URL you requested could not be found on this server" error.   

* debug of cpca process shows:   
  \[cpca...\[DATE TIME\] handle_callback: calling user callback  
  \[cpca...\[DATE TIME\] check_post_token: ERROR NO ICA token is found on POST request   
  \[cpca...\[DATE TIME\] http_mgmt_callback: check_post_token failed.  
  \[cpca...\[DATE TIME\] handle_callback: user callback returned with error -1  
  \[cpca...\[DATE TIME\] server_logic: chain module returned with status: CHR_ERROR

## Cause

The *.htm* files that are part of the fix are overwritten with the old files from the previous Security Management server version that does not have the fix.
