# sk106626 - Cannot change CLI level access from BASH to CLISH

## Symptoms

- * After authenticating with RADIUS and logging in to BASH, cannot change to CLISH.   

* Error messages displayed:  

  `<user> Unable to get user permissions.`  
  `
  <user> Failed to build ACLs.`   

* tcpdump shows that when moving from BASH to CLISH, no data is sent.

## Cause

RADIUS permissions are not completely configured for user access.
