## Symptoms

- * The CPU0 utilization **on a 12600 model** is high when the environment is configured to run Multi-Queue.

* The */var/log/messages* file **on the 12600 model** is full with CUL freeze messages.

  Example:  
  *\[cul_load_freeze\]\[CUL - Cluster\] Setting CUL FREEZE_ON, high kernel CPU usage (81%) on local Member 0, threshold = 80%
  \[cul_load_freeze\]\[CUL - Cluster\] Setting CUL FREEZE_ON, high kernel CPU usage (82%) on local Member 0, threshold = 80%
  \[cul_load_freeze\]\[CUL - Cluster\] CUL should be OFF (short timeout of 10 seconds expired) but at least one member reported high CPU usage 1 seconds ago*
