# sk106476 - SmartEvent and SmartDashboard crash when performing actions related to Application Control blade

## Symptoms

- * SmartEvent GUI crashes when filtering Application Control events (if SmartEvent blade is enabled on the Security Management Server / Domain Management Server).

* "*ModalDropDownContainer*" error message appears in SmartDashboard when editing Application Control policy rules:

## Cause

Application Control database is not up-to-date.

The file *$FWDIR/conf/appfw_objects.sqlite* is missing.
