# sk106427 - Not able to log in to Gaia Portal anymore after running Clish command "show user <username> homedir"

## Symptoms

- * After each Clish command "*show user \<username\> homedir*", this user is not able to log in to Gaia Portal anymore - after entering the credentials, the icon spins forever, and Gaia Portal never loads:

* Rebooting the Gaia machine resolves the issue.
