# sk106325 - Users other than Admin can not connect to clish

## Symptoms

- * Admin user can login to clish. Any other user who runs # clish gets the following error:  
  "CLINFR0819 User: cfg_mgt denied access via CLI"
* Some commands in Expert Mode are not working.
* The output of # echo $PATH is:   
  \[Expert@test:0\]# echo $PATH  
  /usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/home/user_name/bin  
* When running # cpconfig with a user that is not Admin, the output is:  
  /bin/cpconfig_start: line 12: /opt/CPshared/5.0/tmp/.CPprofile.sh: Permission denied  
* In /var/log/messages see:  
  is_vsx_enabled: libdb error Couldn't connect to /tmp/xgets: Permission denied

## Cause

The permissions on the /tmp directory are not correct.
