# sk106324 - "This page is currently in read only mode, the requested action cannot be performed" message in Gaia Portal when logging in with the TACACS+ user

## Symptoms

- * "*This page is currently in read only mode, the requested action cannot be performed*" message appears in Gaia Portal in the following scenario:

  1. Configure TACACS+ server.
  2. Add "*tacacs_enable* " command with "read-write" access to TACACS+ role:  
     *HostName\> add rba role TACP-0 domain-type System readwrite-features tacacs_enable*
  3. Log in to Gaia Portal with the TACACS+ user.
  4. Click the "*Enable TACACS+ authentication*" button at the top.
  5. This message appears:

* Logging in to Clish with the TACACS+ user (over SSH, or console) and running the command "*tacacs_enable TACP0*" grants full privileges.

* Adding another "read-write" feature to the RBA role resolves the issue with logging in to Gaia Portal.
