## Symptoms

- PBX and phones are unable to register on Locally Managed 600 / 1100 / 1200R appliance.

## Solution

To troubleshoot the issue, perform the following debug procedure:

**Note** : If you use SecureXL, then disable it before running this debug (run*fwaccel off*)

1. Initiate DROP debug on the appliance:
*# fw ctl zdebug + drop \> /storage/SIPdrop.txt* (during collecting drop debug reboot PBX in case if it's internal or reboot one or several IP phones if PBX is external).
After phones or PBX will fail to connect, stop debug by pressing CTRL + C

2. Initiate SIP debug on the appliance:
*# fw ctl zdebug + sip \> /storage/debugSIP.txt* (during collecting drop debug reboot PBX in case if it's internal or reboot one or several IP phones if PBX is external)
After phones or PBX will fail to connect, stop debug by pressing CTRL + C

3. Initiate packet capture on the appliance:
   # fw monitor -e "accept;" -o /storage/SIP.cap (during collecting drop debug reboot PBX in case if it's internal or reboot one or several IP phones in case if PBX is external).
After phones or PBX will fail to connect, stop packet capture by pressing CTRL + C

4. If PBX is External or Internal, and VoIP provider uses different IP addresses for SIP and RTP, then check that inspection of the SIP traffic is not disabled (the box *Disable inspection for this service* should be cleared):
