## Symptoms

- * Random flapping of OSPF neighbors.

* */var/log/messages* file shows repeatedly during the issue:

  `routed[`*PID* `]: OSPF IO: Init bit set in Loading/Full for neighbor X.X.X.X(`*name_of_interface*`)`
* */var/log/routed.log* file (during traces) shows repeatedly during the issue:

  * `peer_remove(...): Entering !!!!`
  * `cpcl_vrf_recv_from_instance_manager(...): Deleting CPCL_IM_Peer_Task !!!!`
* RouteD traces show that sometimes OSPF has momentary lags / delays.
