# sk105851 - Uploading large files via the file share feature of Mobile Access Portal fails

## Symptoms

- * When trying to upload a large file (for example 500MB) in the SSL VPN under file share, one of the following errors is received:  
  Blank web browser screen  
  `"page cannot be displayed"`  
  `
  "Error: Request Time-out."`
* Uploading small files is working.
* When file upload reaches 100% is the status bar of the browser, upload page is refreshed and file is not uploaded

## Cause

Default configuration do not support large file upload, the max configuration can be set up to 2GB, as the operating system is limited to upload files up to 2GB, files larger then 2GB will fail to upload.
