## Symptoms

- * Terminal Servers Identity Agent (MUH Agent) shows its status as "Disconnected".

* Kernel debug '(`fw ctl debug -m fw + crypt`') on Identity Awareness Gateway shows:  

  ```

## Cause

Problem with Internal CA certificate in the Identity Awareness Gateway object.
