# sk105497 - How to collect Endpoint Security Client logs on a Mac OS X

## Solution

Follow these steps:

1. Click the ***Padlock*** icon in the upper right corner of the screen - click on ***Display Overview***.

2. In the Endpoint Security Client window, click on ***Advanced***:

3. In the ***Logging*** section, click on ***Collect*** button:

4. When the relevant logs are collected, a folder with the output ZIP zip file will open. Upload this ZIP file to [Check Point Support](http://www.checkpoint.com/services/contact/index.html).
