# sk105478 - How to collect Endpoint Security Client logs on Mac OS X when the tray icon is missing

## Solution

Follow these steps:

1. From ***Finder*** , click on "***Go*** " menu.  

2. Choose "***Computer*** ".  

3. Open your Mac Hard Drive by choosing the appropriate icon on the right-side pane.  

4. Navigate to ***Library -\> Application Support -\> Checkpoint -\> Endpoint Security*** .  

5. Left-click on "***Collect_Logs.sh*** " - choose "***Open With*** " - choose "***Other*** ".  

6. In the ***Enable*** filter at the bottom, change "***Recommended Applications*** " to "***All Applications*** ".  

7. Browse through "***Utilities*** " - choose "***Terminal***".
