## Symptoms

- * Gaia Portal is not accessible after installing a hotfix on R77.10 / R77.20.

* */var/log/messages* file repeatedly shows:

  ```
  pm[PID_of_PM]: Restarted /web/cpshared/web/Apache/2.2.0/bin/httpd2[PID], count=N
  pm[PID_of_PM]: Reaped: httpd2[PID]
  pm[PID_of_PM]: Scheduled httpd2 for +900 secs Restarted
  ```

* Output of "*ps auxw \| grep -v grep \| grep httpd2* " command is empty (i.e., the *httpd2* process is not running).

* The *$CPAPACHEDIR/conf/cp-httpd.conf* file shows that the path to "modules" contains "*_APACHEDIR_*".

## Cause

*httpd2* process is not able to start because the involved hotfix changed the path in the *$CPAPACHEDIR/conf/cp-httpd.conf* file in specific lines - instead of */opt/CPshrd-R77/web/Apache/2.2.0/modules/* , the path was changed to *_APACHEDIR_/modules/*.
