# sk104115 - "pep show user query cid IP_Address_of_Terminal_Server" command does not show any identities when Identity Agent is installed on Terminal Server / Citrix Server

## Symptoms

- * Output of command '`pep show user query cid `*IP_Address_of_Terminal_Server*' does not show any identities when Identity Agent is installed on Terminal Server / Citrix Server.

* The identities and users' actions/browsing are not shown in the *$FWDIR/log/pepd.elg* file on the Security Gateway.

* Output of command '`pep show user all`' correctly shows identities.

## Cause

The *pep show user query cid* command relies on the key for Multi-User Host (Identity Agent) sessions, which consists of *\<IP_ADDRESS, SESSION_ID\>.* If "Session_ID" is missing, this command will not show any identities.

Note: The *pep show user all* command relies only on IP Address.
