# sk103750 - ClusterXL member on Gaia OS intermittently goes Down due to RouteD

## Symptoms

- * Output of '`cphaprob state`' command shows that a cluster member is in '`Down`' state.

* Output of '`cphaprob list`' command shows that Critical Device '`"routed"`' reports its status as '`problem`'.

* */var/log/messages* file shows that RouteD process repeatedly fails to start:

## Cause

Another process is already bound to TCP port 2010, which is used by RouteD process in ClusterXL (non-VSX mode).

Firewall goes down frequently which is triggered by Routed Pnote .As Routed process is restarted several times.
