## Symptoms

- * Push Notifications are not received on the mobile phones.  

  (Push Notifications is a new feature introduced in R77.10 to provide instant notifications to mobile devices for incoming e-mail and calendar events)

* The *$FWDIR/log/pushd_failed_posts* file on Mobile Access Gateway shows errors similar to these:

  * `cloud returned errorCode 15`
  * `Authentication error occurred (CLOUD_ERROR) 35`

## Cause

The connection to the End User cloud is not enforced to be TLS1.

Issue is caused by the IPS protection "`Secure Socket Layer (SSL) v3.0`" that protects customer environments from [sk102989 (Check Point response to the POODLE Bites vulnerability (CVE-2014-3566))](http://supportcontent.checkpoint.com/solutions?id=sk102989).
