## Symptoms

You are not authorized to enter this section of our site. If you are a Check Point partner,
please first contact the PartnerMAP administrator within your company to grant you the right permission.
If your company needs to have a PartnerMAP account, please add your company to PartnerMAP.
If you still need assistance, please email us.
```**

## Cause

User is not authorized to access this page.

## Solution

Follow these steps in the given order:

1. Check that user's account has a valid access to the IPS Offline Updates (refer to [sk93724](http://supportcontent.checkpoint.com/solutions?id=sk93724)).   

2. Try to log in to the [User Center](https://usercenter.checkpoint.com/usercenter/index.jsp).
3. Try to access the IPS Offline Updates page:  
   <http://www.checkpoint.com/defense/updates/index.html>
